I am passionate about providing personalised, high-quality, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Every woman’s experience is unique — some sail through with minimal symptoms, while others feel overwhelmed by hot flashes, mood changes, fatigue, or the loss of their menstrual cycle.

I also believe that some past medical studies on HRT have been misinterpreted, creating unnecessary fear and limiting access to effective treatments. My goal is to correct this, ensuring women are fully informed and able to access the treatments that are right for them.

What to Expect in a Session

  • Your experiences and symptoms will be fully heard through a comprehensive history

  • We will discuss your desired outcomes and explore possible strategies together

  • Explore hormonal and non-hormonal management options

  • Review the advantages and disadvantages of treatments in a balanced, evidence-based way

  • If appropriate, I can privately prescribe treatments to support your health

My approach is collaborative and empowering: together, we create a plan that respects your body, your choices, and your goals.

Perimenopause and Menopause Care

The Menopause Care Package

  • One to one consultation tailored to you

  • Comprehensive assessment of symptoms

  • Advice on lifestyle measures and whether HRT is right for you, and if so, what type

  • A private prescription if necessary

  • A follow up appointment in 3 months, or sooner if needed

  • Text support for 3 months

  • Communication with your GP

  • All for £200

The most up to date guidance is not to take a blood test to diagnose menopause if 45 years or over, hence this is not included within this package. If tests are done ,two are required 6 weeks apart to verify (as hormonal levels are notoriously labile in perimenopause), this is particularly useful when identifying menopause in younger women. The tests required cost an additional £137.

Testosterone

For when you're already happy with your oestrogen and progesterone, but you feel you need testosterone also.

  • One to one consultation tailored to you

  • Comprehensive assessment of symptoms

  • Baseline blood test for: total testosterone, free testosterone, albumin and sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), then repeated after treatment

  • A private prescription

  • A follow up appointment in 3 months, or sooner if needed

  • Text support for 3 months

  • Communication with your GP

  • All for £250
