Your Health, My Commitment

Integrating medicine, nutrition, and psychology for optimal health.

My name is Claire, and thank you for your openness and curiosity to look around my website and see what I offer.

My belief is true health is about more than just managing symptoms — it's about treating the whole person, and getting to the root causes. Founded by a qualified prescribing pharmacist with extensive experience in both hospital and general practice settings, this service blends the precision of modern medicine with the wisdom of holistic care.

I integrate evidence-based medication management with support for the mind, body, and lifestyle — including nutrition, psychology, movement, and stress resilience. Whether you're navigating complex health conditions or simply want to feel your best, my personalised, compassionate approach ensures your treatment plan aligns with your goals, your values, and your life.

Health is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why I take the time to listen, understand, and work with you collaboratively — combining clinical knowledge with a deep respect for the interconnected nature of well being.

My Approach

Over the years, my journey in healthcare has led me beyond prescriptions and protocols into the deeper layers of what it means to heal. Alongside my clinical training as a pharmacist, I’ve studied a range of psychological and wellbeing approaches that influence how I support clients today.

I draw on principles from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help people understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected. I integrate self-compassion practices that foster a gentler, more accepting inner dialogue — particularly during times of stress, illness, or change. My work is also grounded in distress tolerance and emotional regulation skills, which offer practical tools for managing life’s most difficult moments.

Beyond psychology, I’m a long-time student of meditation, breathwork, and spirituality — not in a religious sense, but in cultivating presence, purpose, and a deeper sense of connection to oneself and the world. These practices, when integrated into daily life, can offer profound shifts in resilience, health, and inner peace.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in thoughtful, respectful care that meets the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — with curiosity, science, and compassion.

My Professional Background

I have worked in the NHS since 2012 in a number of difference hospitals, where I specialized in cancer and palliative care. I have more recently worked as a generalist in GP practices, with special interest in long term pain management and menopause care.

I am passionate about good health care, and very proud to have worked for the NHS for so long. And, unfortunately found it very difficult to provide the care I wanted to, within the ten minute time slots available, hence my move into working as the coaching pharmacist.

I have more recently trained as a health coach to help facilitate others to feel empowered to reach their health goals, which can at times be contrary to the time restricted approach of telling others what to do in current modern medicine.

I believe we need a holistic approach to fully heal or manage health optimally. Our minds, body, environment, social situation and spirituality are all interwoven, and we need to address all aspects to truly live a full and content life.

I work as a generalist and can turn my hand to most areas, and have additional training and experience in:

  • Cancer symptom management

  • Management of long term pain

  • Health during the perimenopause and menopause

"A sound mind in a sound body is a short but full description of a happy state in this world".

My Life Outside of Work

I live in Gloucestershire with my partner and young daughter.

Working in cancer and palliative care taught me to embrace and relish life, we really do not know what will happen tomorrow. So I enjoy going on little adventures, exploring the country, roaming through woodland and wild swimming, as well as lots of dancing.

Family and friends are important to me, we're social creatures as humans and I believe a strong community spirit is essential for our well being and happiness.
